Due to our regular engagement with all mainstream property lenders, we remain up to date with current lender policies and can provide our existing and potential clients with relevant and realistic feedback, which can then be used to shape the funding strategy.
In addition to traditional bank funding, we can also access private lenders and investors, who can provide equity or joint venture funding, preferred equity and mezzanine debt for various property types and developments including land. We also have relationships with some of the largest development groups in Perth, which allows us to present potential development opportunities in cases where the property owners require additional expertise or equity capital to achieve their goals.
